We’re looking for an experienced Director of IT to lead the strategy, implementation, and management of our company’s technology infrastructure, supporting operations across sales, office, and manufacturing. This is an on-site role requiring both big-picture thinking and hands-on leadership to drive efficiency, security, and innovation across all departments.

Director of IT Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- CITM certification
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, including leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and IT operations in a manufacturing environment
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Forward-thinking approach to evaluating and implementing scalable technologies
Director of IT Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business and manufacturing goals
- Oversee infrastructure including networks, servers, ERP systems, databases, and software applications
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to ensure data protection
- Lead and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
- Build effective Help Desk processes to support rapid resolution of technical issues
- Collaborate with department heads to assess and meet technology needs
- Allocate IT resources efficiently, especially during peak times or urgent issues
- Identify and recommend innovative technologies that drive efficiency and scalability
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
