We’re looking for an experienced Director of IT to lead the strategy, implementation, and management of our company’s technology infrastructure, supporting operations across sales, office, and manufacturing. This is an on-site role requiring both big-picture thinking and hands-on leadership to drive efficiency, security, and innovation across all departments.

Director of IT Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
CITM certification
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, including leadership roles
Strong knowledge of infrastructure, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and IT operations in a manufacturing environment
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Forward-thinking approach to evaluating and implementing scalable technologies

Director of IT Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business and manufacturing goals
Oversee infrastructure including networks, servers, ERP systems, databases, and software applications
Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to ensure data protection
Lead and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
Build effective Help Desk processes to support rapid resolution of technical issues
Collaborate with department heads to assess and meet technology needs
Allocate IT resources efficiently, especially during peak times or urgent issues
Identify and recommend innovative technologies that drive efficiency and scalability
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
