We’re seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead a high-volume, upscale restaurant concept that’s all about exceptional food, high energy, and standout guest service. Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years in an upscale, high-end restaurant with a scratch kitchen
- 3+ years of experience as a General Manager
- Proven success managing annual sales of $8M or more
- Strong financial acumen (P&L, cost control, budgeting)
- Experience leading teams of 80+ employees
- Open availability
