We are seeking a Roadway Project Manager/ Civil Engineer to help lead the design and delivery of critical infrastructure projects across South Florida. Roadway Project Manager/ Civil Engineer Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive base salary: $110,000–$120,000, based on experience

Roadway Project Manager/ Civil Engineer Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Must Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and active FL Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Minimum of 5 years of civil engineering experience with a focus on roadway and site development
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Microstation/Open Roads required
- Manage projects from proposal to construction closeout, including client communication and team coordination
- Prepare and review engineering designs, reports, construction documents, and permit applications
- Lead technical design work in roadway, stormwater, park reconstruction, utility coordination, and signing/pavement markings
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with public agencies, clients, consultants, and contractors
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver on time and within budget
