We are looking for a strong Multi-Unit General Manager to maintain and continue to develop our incredible team-first culture, a self-starter who can hit the ground running, and who is able to work with a great deal of autonomy successfully. Multi-Unit General Manager Benefits:
· Profit sharing after 1 year
· 3 weeks PTO first year with additional week in year two
· Company-provided T-pass
· 5 day work week
· $500/month health insurance stipend
Multi-Unit General Manager Responsibilities:
· Develop staff, improve productivity, and provide guidance and tools to achieve goals
· Work to achieve company sales, service, and quality objectives
· Create and maintain a positive working environment
· Oversee and ensure company policies are followed
· All staff hiring and performance appraisals
· Lead weekly management meetings to communicate operational goals to the team
· Assist in developing marketing and promotional activities
· Sales forecasting and management
Multi-Unit General Manager Qualifications:
· Strong emotional intelligence – self-aware
· Able to work autonomously – SELF-MOTIVATED
· Strong communication skills
· 1 year management experience
