Master HVAC Technician Benefits and Compensation:

Master HVAC Technician Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- 4+ years of previous experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- A2L and CFESA certified
- Ability to train and mentor junior technicians
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Have the ability to lift heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license required
