Are you a talented and driven Chef looking to grow with a thriving restaurant group in the heart of New Orleans? We are opening a new concept this summer, and are looking for a New Orleans Chef to help lead the charge!

Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional food quality and service at all times.
  • Oversee food ordering, cost control, and labor management.
  • Lead a positive, high-energy kitchen team, fostering growth and accountability.
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards while upholding the café’s reputation.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring efficiency and consistency.

Chef de Cuisine Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role required.
  • High-volume experience is a plus.
  • Culinary degree is a bonus, but not required.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
  • NRO experience highly preferred.
