We’re hiring a high-impact Home Furnishings and Furniture General Manager in Cincinnati, OH. This role leads a team of commission-based Sales Consultants and is fully accountable for store performance, customer satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence.

General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 12–20 Sales Consultants to meet monthly and annual sales goals
- Drive a culture of coaching, accountability, and daily selling excellence
- Manage scheduling, training, hiring, and performance reviews
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure promotion accuracy
- 5–7 years of retail sales or customer-facing management experience required
- Must be open to working a retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
