Key Duties
- Direct and streamline all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front desk and housekeeping coordination
- Be a present and approachable leader who builds rapport with staff and guests to ensure a high-quality experience
- Collaborate with ownership on marketing strategies and outreach efforts to grow business
- Review financial data, oversee budgeting processes, and assist in setting and achieving long-term goals
Who We're Looking For
- A seasoned hospitality professional with 5 years of experience in hotel leadership roles; experience as an Assistant General Manager will also be considered
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to anticipate and solve challenges efficiently
- A confident team leader who excels at motivating staff, building guest relationships, and enhancing daily operations
- Proficient in hotel management systems and well-versed in industry compliance standards
