We’re seeking a Controls and Automation Systems Engineer with 3+ years of experience to contribute to hands-on projects, including commissioning and integrating control systems for machines and robots. This role involves 50-75% travel and working with Siemens PLCs, CNC controls, HMIs, and commercial six-axis robots.

You’ll collaborate with engineers on software development, machine commissioning, and troubleshooting, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy hands-on problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you!

Controls and Automation Systems Engineer – Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors in Engineering and 3+ years experience

• Experience developing control system programs for Siemens (Step 7, TIA Portal, WinCC Professional SCADA), Fanuc, or Allen Bradley PLCs, CNCs, HMIs, and Servo Drives desired 

• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to establish control systems architectures and control strategies for machines, processes, and automation systems. 

• Proven troubleshooting and debugging skills, especially during machine commissioning

• Willingness and ability to travel and work on-site for machine integration and commissioning
