General Manager Responsibilities/Requirements
- 3+ years of managerial experience in a QSR or casual dining concept
- A passion for providing great service, food & drink with a guest-first mentality
- Dedication to leading both front of house & back of house teams
- Ability to train, empower, and motivate
- A true passion for hospitality and ensuring the team delivers excellence
- A knack for consistency and excellence!
