A premier hospitality group is looking for a District Manager to lead multiple locations, streamline operations, and help grow the brand .

Primary Duties:
- Directly oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring smooth execution and a first-class guest experience.
- Implement strategic plans that enhance efficiency, increase profitability, and support business growth.
- Lead the hiring, training, and professional development of management teams to foster a high-performance culture.
- Work closely with culinary and service teams to maintain brand consistency, product quality, and exceptional service standards.
- Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, optimizing inventory, and controlling costs to maximize revenue.
- Maintain compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory guidelines to ensure operational integrity.
What You Bring to the Role:
- At least five years of experience in a leadership role overseeing multiple locations in full service restaurants.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Strong financial acumen, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Loves a fast-moving, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
