Our client is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support their manufacturing facility. The Human Resources Business Partner serves as both a strategic and tactical advisor, offering expertise in employee relations, performance management, compensation, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement.
Human Resources Business Partner compensation:
- This is a contract 6-9 month temp-to-hire position.
- Salary of $80 – 95k
- M-F Dayshift position with occasional off-shift support
Human Resources Business Partner responsibilities:
- Oversee various human resources functions, focusing on team member relations and engagement.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance on laws, regulations, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and inquiries, offering consultation and recommending solutions to maintain a positive work environment.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records, including salary, disability, disciplinary actions, investigations, and health benefits information.
- Manage the corrective action and termination processes.
- Develop and implement operations-specific policies and procedures, ensuring communication and training for all team members.
- Design and deliver training programs for management and staff.
Human Resources Business Partner requirements:
- BS in HR or related field
- 5-7 years of HR experience
- Current knowledge of employee related laws and regulations in the Reno, NV region
