HR Manager Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary HR contact, fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture
  • HR Operations: Manage payroll, scheduling, benefits administration, and regulatory filings (workers' compensation, unemployment claims, OSHA compliance)
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the hiring process, employee orientations, and workforce planning
  • Policy & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies that align with labor laws and workplace safety regulations
  • Performance & Development: Oversee performance reviews, training programs, and career development initiatives

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience: 7–10 years in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (manufacturing experience highly preferred)
  • Spanish-speaking strongly preferred
