HR Manager Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary HR contact, fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture
- HR Operations: Manage payroll, scheduling, benefits administration, and regulatory filings (workers' compensation, unemployment claims, OSHA compliance)
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the hiring process, employee orientations, and workforce planning
- Policy & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies that align with labor laws and workplace safety regulations
- Performance & Development: Oversee performance reviews, training programs, and career development initiatives
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience: 7–10 years in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (manufacturing experience highly preferred)
- Spanish-speaking strongly preferred
