Junior Mechanical Engineer – Benefits/Compensation:

Junior Mechanical Engineer – Requirements:

• 3+ years of land development experience with both residential and commercial projects
• Must have Land Development experience to be considered
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
• Knowledge of design and software such as Civil 3D, Hydraflow, AutoCAD, Bluebeam
• Proficiency in roadway design, hydrology, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals
• Development of site layouts, planning, platting and site grading with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Knowledge and experience with Bluebeam is strongly preferred

Junior Mechanical Engineer – Responsibilities:

• Utilize engineering principles to support hydrologic and hydraulic modeling of stormwater management
• Collaborate with internal teams, government agencies, utility service providers and subconsultants
• Analyze project needs and product requirements to create designs
• Projects include but are not limited to commercial, residential, and multi-family developments, mixed-use type projects, rezoning due diligence, public facilities, and other site development or utility projects
• Identify new opportunities and coordinate with the management team for support and overall strategy
• Help identify new markets, clients and technologies while building client relationships
• Develop and assemble project proposals, including risk assessment, profit optimization, estimating, technical writing, site evaluations, and client communication
