We are seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer who is passionate about learning, growth and teamwork. Junior Mechanical Engineer – Benefits/Compensation:
- Monday-Thursday and ½ day Fridays (evenings and weekends as needed)

Junior Mechanical Engineer – Requirements:
- 3+ years of land development experience with both residential and commercial projects
- Must have Land Development experience to be considered
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Knowledge of design and software such as Civil 3D, Hydraflow, AutoCAD, Bluebeam
- Proficiency in roadway design, hydrology, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals
- Development of site layouts, planning, platting and site grading with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Knowledge and experience with Bluebeam is strongly preferred
Junior Mechanical Engineer – Responsibilities:
- Utilize engineering principles to support hydrologic and hydraulic modeling of stormwater management
- Collaborate with internal teams, government agencies, utility service providers and subconsultants
- Analyze project needs and product requirements to create designs
- Projects include but are not limited to commercial, residential, and multi-family developments, mixed-use type projects, rezoning due diligence, public facilities, and other site development or utility projects
- Identify new opportunities and coordinate with the management team for support and overall strategy
- Help identify new markets, clients and technologies while building client relationships
- Develop and assemble project proposals, including risk assessment, profit optimization, estimating, technical writing, site evaluations, and client communication
