We are seeking a Task Force Operations Manager to help oversee multiple hotel brands like Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, and others, throughout central, OH! This role will play pivotal role in ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development. Task Force Operations Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 5+ years as General Manager with Red Roof Inn
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field
  • Oversee multiple properties, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand compliance
  • Expert financial acumen, managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximize revenue across hotels
  • Support sales teams in lead generation and revenue growth
  • Mentor on-site managers and assist in hiring and onboarding
  • Identify challenges and implement solutions for hotel performance
  • Flexible travel availability with up to 75% travel across properties
