Restaurant Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in leading a fast casual or full-service restaurant.
- Lead by example and believe in hands-on leadership.
- Want to inspire the team and create a fun and engaging environment.
- Passion for over-the-top service to the guests
- Lead the Front of House and Back of House Teams
- Ability to make sound and quick decisions and adjust to the needs of the restaurant.
- Ability to make sound business decisions.
- Execution of menu standards and cost control knowledge
- Ensure guest issues are resolved in a positive manner.
- Leading the team with respect and fairness
- Creating a fun high energy restaurant is non-negotiable
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations!
