We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Plant Manager to optimize manufacturing and warehouse operations at our Houston facility. As a fast-growing consumer brand, we produce and fulfill products for gardeners nationwide through e-commerce and retail channels.

Plant Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Mid-to-expert level proficiency in Excel, with the ability to quickly build models and reports.
- Technologically proficient and able to learn new systems efficiently.
- Demonstrated multitask experience in cross-departmental stakeholder management, particularly with sales and supply chain teams.
