Looking for an Experience Executive Chef who is not afraid of High-volume High pressure upscale dining. . This restaurant group is well known with a stellar reputation and is in the historic French Quarter of New Orleans. Executive Chef Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Manage a high-volume culinary team and oversee operations with a strong business acumen.
- Proven leaderships skills and developing team members that have a strong desire for flawless execution all while treating and fostering an environment of respect.
- Can create new menus, appreciate creole cuisine, flavor profiles and plating presentation.
- Creating and maintaining a safe work environment and upholding cleanliness standards.
- Minimum of 5+ years in a culinary role and has a proven history as an Executive Chef
- High volume experience with a minimum of 5$ million on annual revenue
- Attention to detail, non-negotiable on standards, cleanliness and recipe adherence.
- Ability to lead a team with respect and motivate them for flawless execution of the menu.
- Business acumen in cost accounting, inventory control and labor management
- Serve safe accreditation is a must, and proficient in using technology.
