We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth within key commercial sectors. This role is perfect for a driven sales professional who excels in relationship management, strategic outreach, and revenue generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our presence within the commercial property sector.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through proactive networking and industry events.
  • Provide tailored presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Foster long-term partnerships to ensure continued business growth.
  • Participate in industry conferences and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
