What You’ll Do:
- Lead with excellence – drive restaurant performance and ensure top-tier guest experiences
- Develop your team – mentor and empower staff to reach their full potential
- Uphold high standards – ensure all company policies and systems are implemented effectively
- Adapt and innovate – embrace change and enhance restaurant operations
- Stay organized – communicate effectively and manage day-to-day business operations
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience as a salaried Restaurant General Manager
Proven success in managing a $3M+ annual sales restaurant
- Passion for people, hospitality, and integrity
