Chief Nursing Executive Responsibilities:
- Lead Outcomes and Drive Results: Strategically guide utilization management, case management, and innovative care delivery models to achieve superior clinical outcomes.
- Develop Strong Relationships: Collaborate with medical staff, engage with the community, and build partnerships with academic institutions.
- Promote Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for growth and mentorship, inspiring teams to exceed performance standards and uphold Riverside values.
Chief Nursing Executive Education:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (required). If the Master’s degree is not in Nursing, a Baccalaureate or Doctoral degree in nursing is required. 5–6 years of progressive nursing leadership in a hospital or health system setting (required).
Chief Nursing Executive Licenses/Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with the Virginia Department of Health Professions (required).
Chief Nursing Executive Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ($160,000 -195,000+ DOE)
- Comprehensive benefits plan
- $10,000 relocation assistance available with 2-year commitment
