Join an iconic restaurant group as our next Executive Chef. We’re looking for a proven culinary leader to oversee all kitchen operations in our upscale, high-volume scratch kitchen. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional food and developing top-tier teams, this is your chance to make your mark at a destination restaurant known for excellence.
What We Offer…
- Base salary: $85-$95k
- Competitive bonus structure (up to $10k)

You'll be a great fit if …
- You have 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in an upscale casual scratch kitchen doing $12M+ in annual sales
- You've successfully led large culinary teams (15–20 cooks per shift)
- You bring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- You maintain a presentable and professional demeanor and have a high level of emotional intelligence
