Exciting Leadership Opportunity for a Plant Executive to Open a New Facility in Erie, PA
A leading global producer of advanced electronic components is seeking an experienced Plant Manager. This role is an excellent fit for someone with a background in managing teams of 40-50 in industries such as aerospace, semiconductor, microelectronics, or crystal manufacturing.
Plant Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee plant operations to ensure production goals, financial targets, and organizational objectives are met, working in close partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Supervise day-to-day plant operations, with a focus on improving processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Lead a sizable team, ensuring efficient communication and adherence to streamlined operational processes.
Plant Manager Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management is required.
- Preference for candidates with an MBA or other advanced qualifications.
- A minimum of 15 years of hands-on technical experience in an industrial setting.
- Experience in manufacturing processes is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Excel.
- A drive for growth and an ambition to advance into higher leadership roles.
