Our client in Atlanta Midtown is seeking a Due Diligence/Transaction Service Manager.

Due Diligence/Transaction Manager Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordination of financial due diligence engagements
  • Participating in due diligence activities, including data collection, analysis, and due diligence meetings
  • Communicating with clients throughout the engagement process
  • Drafting and delivering the final due diligence report (Quality of Earnings analysis being the primary output)

Due Diligence/Transaction Manager Requirements

  • A minimum of two to four years of applicable work experience in public accounting – a background with a blend of audit/assurance and financial due diligence within a national accounting firm is a plus
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to produce quality work with an attention to detail
  • Thorough knowledge of technical accounting (US GAAP) and proven background implementing and executing audit and financial due diligence techniques
  • An understanding of financial statements and financial modeling, with the ability to assess a company’s cash flows and earnings (Quality of Earnings)
  • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Excel to efficiently organize and evaluate large volumes of financial information – comfortable using data analytics tools such as Power Query is a plus
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting is required

  • Base Salary 100k-115k
