Are you detail-driven, highly organized, and passionate about hospitality? We’re looking for a Hotel Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Events team in creating seamless and unforgettable guest experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing events to life, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

Process contracts, proposals, event orders, and key documents with precision.

Manage and qualify new sales leads with prompt and professional follow-up.

Be the go-to contact for guests, assisting with inquiries and building strong relationships.

Collaborate with the team to drive revenue and exceed goals.

Handle administrative tasks with efficiency, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail.

Occasionally lift up to 20 lbs and be comfortable sitting/standing for extended periods.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree preferred).

🔹 2+ years of experience in sales, events, or hospitality.

🔹 Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel); knowledge of Marriott CI/TY, MARSHA, or Opera is a plus.

🔹 Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

🔹 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

🔹 Marriott experience is required.
