Our superb Dental Implants client with multi-centers across Southern California is seeking a talented Sales Director to work within their DSO (Dental Service Organization) sales operations.
Sales Director Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with regional and company-wide objectives.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support to sales consultants to drive performance.
- Monitor and evaluate individual and center sales metrics, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Deliver comprehensive sales reports, including revenue forecasts and performance insights.
- Identify market opportunities and implement innovative sales strategies for continued growth.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new sales team members to maintain high standards.
- Proactively address challenges within the sales process, offering solutions to optimize results.
Sales Director Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of consultative B2C sales experience, with a strong track record of success.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive high-performance sales teams.
- Proven experience in sales forecasting, planning, and KPI management.
- Expertise in CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience being a plus.
- Analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data to enhance sales strategies.
- Ability to travel as needed within Southern California to oversee regional operations and provide hands-on leadership.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Sales Director Compensation:
- $100,000 base, commission with expected annual OTE totaling $200,000
