Our client is seeking to add a Regional Sales Manager to their digital services, fintech team!
Regional Sales Manager Salary and Benefits:

Regional Sales Manager – Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business revenue through B2B sales in the SMB retail sector.
- Leverage CRM tools to manage sales activities, track data, and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute weekly sales plans, visiting over 50 retail locations within the assigned territory.
- Foster strong client relationships through ongoing consultative account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to maximize sales potential and revenue growth.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Regional Sales Manager – Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual, with fluency in both English and Spanish.
- At least 4 years of demonstrated success in short-cycle B2B field or outside sales.
- Must have access to a personal vehicle with valid car insurance; a monthly car allowance and gas reimbursement will be provided.
- A proactive, “hunter” mentality and entrepreneurial spirit are essential – the role requires frequent travel, with 90% of time spent on the road.
