Corporate Markets Attorney Benefits & Compensation:
- Base salary: $140k – $225k depending on experience
- Generous bonus potential

Corporate Markets Attorney Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- JD and barred anywhere in the US
- 2+ years of experience with Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Securities, Complex Financial Transactions.
- Assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing M&A deals
- Draft and review transactional documents
- Conduct legal due diligence and assess transaction risks.
- Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contracts.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, bankers, and opposing counsel.
- Provide ongoing legal support to corporate and private equity portfolio companies.
