- 5+ years of commercial lines underwriting experience
- Worker's compensation experience
- UNDERWRITER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for risk acceptability, quality, pricing, and profitability
- Utilize judgment to initiate and support business production goals
- Analyze coverage and limit requests to decide appropriate terms effectively
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key partners
