Our client's organization is looking for an experienced high-volume Event Service & Operations Manager to spearhead banquet operations in the Kansas City metro. Event Service & Operations Manager Benefits:

Event Service & Operations Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of recent experience as an Event Operations leadership role in an upscale full-service restaurant group, hotel, or catering venue, including significant experience with large-scale on and off-site elevated catering operations
- Coordinate and execute diverse on and off-site events including transporting products, renting equipment, utilizing equipment in different venues, and developing the flow of food service for large events (3000+) to intimate in-home events
- Regularly meet with clients and the sales team to present mutually beneficial and creative solutions to event challenges
- Build and maintain a remarkable team including hiring, training, developing, coaching and counseling, and conducting performance reviews
- An engaging and polished professional presentation with the ability to speak to groups in both intimate settings and large groups
- Ability and desire to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license in good standing and ability to drive company food transport vehicles
