We are seeking a mature, empathetic, and service-oriented Client Relationship Associate to support a senior member of our financial services team. This role combines investment operations with analytical responsibilities and requires someone who thrives in a small, high-performing, and collaborative firm culture. The ideal candidate will bring both technical acumen and emotional intelligence to a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide client support with a high degree of professionalism, and discretion
- Support daily investment and operational activities, including data entry, reporting, and systems management
- Analyze and organize financial data to assist with decision-making and client deliverables
- Act as a reliable resource for team members, helping streamline workflows and ensure accuracy across investment operations
- Collaborate closely with senior staff to improve processes and contribute to a positive team culture
Qualifications
- Prior experience in financial services, investment operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial software/tools
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- High degree of maturity, professionalism, and empathy
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, non-bureaucratic environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent life and work experience
- Local candidates only; relocation is not preferred
