We're looking for a Civil Project Engineer to join our growing team and take on high-impact construction projects ranging from smaller site developments to large-scale infrastructure initiatives worth hundreds of millions. Civil Project Engineer Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to define project scope, bidding strategies, and contractor selection
• Manage all phases of construction projects from concept through close-out
• Oversee budgets, forecast costs, handle change orders, and resolve issues proactively
• Coordinate across departments to ensure high-quality execution, on schedule and within budget

Civil Project Engineer Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in Civil Engineering and/or Construction Management.
• Thorough knowledge of construction engineering principles and theory.
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation
• Hands-on experience in the design and build of heavy construction projects (roads, bridges, tunnels etc)
• Proficiency with the US and the Commonwealth of Virginia building codes and standards
• Proficiency with AutoCAD software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit sound judgment and professionalism in all aspects of the position.
• Work closely with employees at all levels and within all divisions, including external stakeholders and customers.
