Sous Chef – High-Volume Scratch Kitchen – Boston, MA
We’re seeking an experienced, energetic Sous Chef to join our team in a high-volume, upscale scratch kitchen in Boston, MA. If you're passionate about great food, strong leadership, and fast-paced environments, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the BOH team in daily operations
- Ensure high-quality food execution in a scratch-made kitchen
- Assist with private dining and banquet service
- Maintain health and safety standards (local, state, federal)
- Help with inventory, training, and kitchen organization
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of Sous Chef experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
- Experience with private dining and events (brunch is a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation laws
- Team player with a hands-on, solution-focused mindset
