Executive Chef Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Provide training, mentorship, and leadership to kitchen staff, driving a commitment to superior standards
- Work closely with front-of-house leaders to deliver a cohesive and flawless customer experience
- Oversee and optimize food cost, inventory, and budgetary performance within the kitchen
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Executive Sous Chef, Executive Chef experience
- Knowledge of systems – P&L, Scheduling, Inventory
- Adherence to the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety is required
- Experience in a high volume restaurant
