We are a family-oriented entertainment space in search of a General Manager with experience in a fast-paced food/entertainment field. A people-first concept looking for a leader of the team.
General Manager Requirements:
- $3 Million in annual sales
- 2-4 years General Manager experience in full service casual dining operation
- People-first personality
- Ability to think aggressively in new ways to attract future sales
- Team-oriented
- Dynamic leadership
General Manager Qualifications:
- Understand profit and loss statements
- Big picture viewpoint – but can manage to the details
- Must be very guest focused
- Foodservice and/or family entertainment background
General Manager Compensation:
- $80,000-90,000 in salary based on experience
- Achievable bonus plan
- Health and PTO
