Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5–10 years of recent leadership experience in premium services, hospitality, or food & beverage
  • Proven experience managing union employees in a large-scale operation
  • Prior Director or Assistant GM level experience preferred
  • Significant experience in stadium, arena, or high-volume event venues
  • Strong financial acumen with responsibility for P&L (up to $25M)
  • Exceptional communication skills with clients, senior leadership, and team members
  • Ability to lead, coach, and mentor large teams across suites, club levels, and catering
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with complex operational demands

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of premium services including suites, clubs, and upscale concessions
  • Manage and develop a team of 6 salaried managers and a large hourly staff
  • Collaborate with the Director of Catering to deliver high-end event experiences
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure premium guest satisfaction
  • Develop new concepts and strategies to grow revenue within premium spaces
  • Partner with the General Manager on business development and long-term planning
  • Oversee union employee relations and ensure adherence to labor standards
  • Drive operational excellence through training, innovation, and service delivery

Compensation & Benefits:
