We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our restaurant’s digital marketing efforts, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook) , Instagram and Google Ad words The ideal candidate will develop, execute, and optimize paid and organic social campaigns to drive reservations, promote menu offerings, and strengthen brand awareness. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, content creation, and analytical skills to maximize ROI and customer engagement.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or consumer goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
- Experience in budget management and optimizing ad spend for ROI.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta advertising, and tracking pixels.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills (experience with Canva/Adobe Suite is a plus).
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of restaurant reservations platforms (e.g., OpenTable, Resy) and email marketing.
