Looking for a dynamic personality to lead the delivery of exceptional service to our guests. If you place service above all things, we want to speak with you. Responsibilities:
- High level of TLC for VIP and regular guests
- Sole responsibility for the service delivery on the floor of the restaurant
- Develop, write, and execute standards of service
- Train and hold accountable managers and staff for delivering exceptional service
- You lead by example! You are constantly on the floor during meal service walking the talk.
Director Qualifications:
- 5+ years of managing the service experience in a hospitality environment
- Steakhouse experience strongly preferred
- Experience with the Kosher customer is a plus
- Proven track record of developing and implementing a strong service culture
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
