Executive Chef

An upscale / Fine Dining Restaurant is looking for an experienced Executive Chef to support their European Style/ Authentic Italian Restaurant and work in collaboration with a great culinary team.

Executive Chef Requirements and Benefits:

· Experienced Executive Chef in a made from scratch environment.

· Menu creativity / Good leadership and communication skills / Looking for authentic Italian experience.

· High energy and hands-on Kitchen leader.

· Quarterly Bonus eligible up to 20% per quarter.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all daily back-of-the-house operations.

· Ensure the company’s high-quality methods, quality standards, and policies are followed.

· Trains, coaches, and helps develop staff, teamwork, and culture.

· Interact with guests, employees, peers, and company leadership in a friendly and engaging manner.

· Responsible for managing costs and working with GM to achieve revenues and profit.
