Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to assist their team in Lincoln, Nebraska (in-office, not remote). This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a well-established local brand! Only local candidates will be considered at this time.

Senior Financial Analyst Perks:

Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive reports to ensure ongoing management visibility into financial performance across all business areas.
  • Analyze and interpret actual results compared to budgets and forecasts, identifying key variances and trends.
  • Evaluate pricing and gross margin outcomes to identify critical issues and opportunities.
  • Assist in the continued development of forecasting and sales modeling tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop key account strategies and tracking tools.
  • Monitor and track pricing components and programs relevant to the organization.
  • Support the sales team with insights and recommendations related to pricing and competitive analysis.
  • Evaluate market share and performance programs to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Analyze inventory data by product segment and model, focusing on both new and used inventory.
  • Develop, update, and maintain dashboard reports for financial and operational metrics.
  • Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and automation workflows to improve data processing efficiency and reliability.

Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business analytics or financial analysis.
  • Ability and desire to work ON SITE full-time (not remote or hybrid)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to read, understand, and interpret pricing information.
  • Proven experience designing and optimizing data pipelines and automation workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
