Golf Club Equipment Technician – This position is located in Northern North Carolina
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Equipment Technician for our beautiful Golf Club to join our team!
This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for turf equipment maintenance.
Position Overview
Under the direction of the Equipment Manager, the Equipment Technician will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of all golf course machinery. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment, contributing to the overall maintenance and playability of the course. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and a desire to advance in the turf equipment management industry.

Equipment Technician Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the inspection, maintenance, and repair of all golf course equipment.
- Perform routine servicing to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and execute necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate service records and assist in parts inventory management.
- Operate and calibrate specialized turf equipment as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Equipment Technician Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior experience in equipment maintenance, mechanical repair, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to equipment care.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- A valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Must be able to relocate to Jefferson, NC before the start date.
- Pre-employment drug screening required.
