An established & growing investment firm primarily focused on Venture Capital, Real Estate, Blockchain, and Public Capital Markets is looking for a SENIOR RUBY ON RAILS DEVELOPER to make an immediate impact by creating and managing full-stack solutions to improve the investment lifecycle as well as optimizing decision-making and workflows.

The ideal SENIOR. RUBY ON RAILS DEVELOPER will bring 5+ years of Ruby Developer experience, a desire to make a positive impact on a tight-knit team, and a bachelor’s in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

This is a HYBRID position that will require at least 2 days per week in office.

SENIOR RUBY ON RAILS DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails applications.
Improve existing codebases while ensuring stability.
Build responsive UI components with modern JavaScript frameworks.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality through testing.
Provide mentorship and code reviews for junior developers.
Collaborate on architectural decisions and technical standards.
Integrate financial APIs with a focus on security and compliance.

SENIOR RUBY ON RAILS REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of Ruby on Rails experience.
Experience in financial services, asset management platforms or fintech applications (required).
Experience shipping and maintaining production applications.
Strong front-end skills using React, Vue, or similar frameworks.
Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline management.
Security expertise in financial data protection.
AWS infrastructure familiarity.
Strong database management with MySQL.
