Assistant Director of Restaurant Operations – No Nights! No Weekends! Hybrid!
The Assistant Director of Restaurant Operations will provide comprehensive support to the leadership team with a primary focus on one location but with occasional responsibilities across our other restaurant venues. This hybrid role blends operational, administrative, and strategic support to ensure smooth day-to-day functions and long-term efficiency. Most work will be onsite, with flexibility for some remote tasks. This role requires excellent collaboration, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Assistant Director of Restaurant Operations Responsibilities:
- Support basic financial tracking and reporting functions
- Manage scheduling, payroll processes and coordination
- Provide marketing support and content assistance
- Perform administrative tasks and general office support
- Maintain calendars, email, and oversee task management systems
- Organize and manage a cloud-based file system
- Handle pre-shift duties such as updating and printing menus
- Manage and program the restaurant Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Collaborate with restaurant managers and team members
Assistant Director of Restaurant Operations Qualifications:
- Previous high-level experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., cloud file systems, calendar/task apps, POS systems)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving responsibilities
- Availability to work onsite most days, with some remote flexibility
