Sous Chef Qualifications/Requirements:
- Two or more years of proven experience in a full-service restaurant environment
- Exceptional leadership skills capable of quickly influencing restaurant performance and success
- Knowledge of systems – P&L, Inventory, Scheduling
- Enthusiastic and motivated to succeed
