We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing company.
This role is perfect for a self-starter eager to make substantial contributions to a growing enterprise. Positioned at the nexus of engineering and sales, this individual will leverage technical expertise to support our sales and engineering teams, ensuring our products and engineering solutions meet customer needs seamlessly.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. A business-oriented educational background will be viewed favorably.
- Experience: Preferably 1-3 years in a related field. Exceptional candidates with less than a year's experience, demonstrating a keen interest and foundational knowledge in our domain, will also be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor required. Candidates should indicate their skill level and provide examples of relevant work.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability in sales, underscored by excellent communication skills. Please provide examples of sales achievements.
- Teamwork and Independence: Proven ability to operate effectively in team settings as well as autonomously.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as a critical link between our sales force, production partners, and clients to deliver technical solutions and generate sales quotations.
- Craft detailed engineering drawings to complement sales quotations.
- Engage in the Quality Assurance process for new products, including overseeing the Pre-Production Approval Process (PPAP) for significant projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry standards.
