We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Executive to join our team. This person will play a key role in expanding our business in the Cincinnati and Columbus markets. The ideal candidate is a true hunter who thrives on finding and securing new business opportunities.
Outside Sales Executive Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the building services industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Janitorial, etc).
- Proven experience in outside sales with a strong hunter mentality.
- Comfortable with cold calling and developing new business from scratch.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently manage a pipeline and drive results.
Outside Sales Executive Benefits:
- Solid commission structure and bonus opportunity – expected first-year earnings $130,000 – $150,000
