Locally owned company is seeking a Controller to join their team. Are you looking for an opportunity to join a collaborative team environment and work with like-minded professionals? Interviewing this week!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations.
- Prepare financial statements and ensure GAAP compliance.
- Maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
- Lead process improvements and mentor accounting staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance. CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of accounting experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
