As a Licensed Electrician, you’ll be joining a trusted leader in renewable energy solutions with over a decade of experience in designing and installing commercial and agricultural systems across the Midwest. Since our founding in 2010, we have built a strong reputation for quality, integrity, and innovation—helping clients reduce energy costs and environmental impact through customized solutions. In this role, you’ll contribute directly to that mission by installing and maintaining the electrical systems that power our systems, ensuring safe and efficient performance on every project.

Licensed Electrician Compensation & Benefits:

• $41/hour (commensurate with experience).
• $65/day per diem and all travel expenses covered.

Licensed Electrician Qualifications:

• Journeyman or Master Electrician License in Michigan.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL certification preferred).
• MIOSHA/OSHA certifications (OSHA 30).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (e.g., climbing, kneeling).
• Experience with electrical systems (1–3 years preferred).

Licensed Electrician Responsibilities:

• Install solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and NEC standards.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems and solar equipment.
• Mentor apprentice electricians and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Travel extensively to job sites (90–100%) with overnight stays during weekdays.
• Collaborate with project teams to complete installations efficiently.
