Manufacturing Product Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:

4+ years of experience in engineering or manufacturing industry
Lead the development and assessment of industry products to drive growth and profitability
Gain in-depth technical expertise in the product line
Stay informed about competitors and market trends.
Lead the development and assessment of industry products to drive growth and profitability
Assist engineering and manufacturing in defining specifications and tolerances for standard products.
Partner with Engineering to actively participate in product training for frontline staff.
Work with Inventory Control and Production to adapt to evolving industry needs efficiently.
Serve as a key link between Manufacturing Plants and Sales Organizations.
Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing to bridge departments and ensure customer needs and expectations are consistently.
